Art Prints & Limited Editions
All art prints are custom made to order, which means I cannot offer refunds for change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference once your order has been placed. Please choose carefully before purchasing.
Refunds will only be issued if your print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. To process a refund:

Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide clear photos of the damage or issue (including the packaging if damaged in transit).

Once your claim is approved, I will either arrange a replacement print or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Original Paintings
All original paintings are one-of-a-kind artworks, so please choose carefully before purchasing. I do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
If your painting arrives damaged in transit, please:

Photograph the damage, including the packaging.

Contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos attached.
Once I receive your claim, I’ll work with you to arrange either a repair (if possible) or an exchange.

Mockups
I want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase! If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your mockup file, I offer a full refund.
To request a refund, simply email me within 7 days of purchase with your order details. Once your request is received, I’ll process the refund to your original payment method.
If you experience any issues with downloading or using the mockup, please get in touch. I’m always happy to help troubleshoot before we go down the refund route.
